SBAlliance Capital is a Certified Development Company (CDC) that administers the U.S. Small Business Administration’s 504 loan program. This program allows small businesses to maintain working capital through the long term fixed rate financing of eligible projects. By the U.S. Small Business Administration’s definition, a small business has less than $8.5 million net worth, and $3 million in sales over an average of two years. Fixed asset projects include the purchase, renovation or construction of real estate and the purchase of furniture, fixtures and equipment. The SBA 504 loan is a partnership between the CDC and a third party lender and is a unique program of the Southeast Economic Development Foundation. SBAlliance Capital has made a significant impact on the local business community by providing low interest fixed rate financing for many eligible participants.
